Technology has made it so easy to find new interactive and fun workout programs, so don’t let a hectic schedule hold you back from getting fit!

Here below are a few alternative workout programs that I highly recommend.  Yes, they are based on my own personal experience, but — putting my own opinions aside — I recommend them for the professionalism and knowledge of the fitness pros who teach each fitness class, the diversity of fitness programs available, as well as for the money’s worth you get when you subscribe.

Beachbody on Demand:  I found out about Beachbody via Instagram two years ago.  I subscribed and was blown away by all the workout programs and food recipes that were offered.  The subscription fee is only $14.99 per month or $99 per year, but you get more than your money’s worth with Beachbody!  They also give you opportunities to become a live fitness class instructor, something I’m planning on doing this fall.  Beachbody is definitely for anyone who is looking for

Fitness Blender:  Fitness Blender is another good fitness website.  Personal trainers Kelli and Daniel created Fitness Blender with the purpose of providing a variety of exercise and meal plans that are easily accessible and affordable.   You can even access several workout videos for free.  Every workout program varies in length, from 10 minutes to 45 minutes and don’t worry about not having any weights: Fitness Blender offers workout programs where you don’t need them.

Rebecca Louise Fitness: Rebecca Louise is another fantastic personal trainer who thoroughly enjoys sharing her passion for health and fitness with the world at an incredibly affordable price.  You can subscribe to her YouTube channel for free or download her app.  Even though I’ve never met her in person, in every video, she’s always incredibly bubbly and encouraging, those things I like to see in a fitness professional.  She even offers opportunities for aspiring fitness coaches to join her team.
